It is with heavy hearts that we share the passing of Lee Davis on Friday, April 24th.

Lee, alongside his wife Paulette, was a beloved part of the Cathedral Palms family. Together, they were an incredible team—Paulette as manager and Lee always nearby with a helping hand and a warm smile.

Longtime members since 1990, Lee and Paulette traveled to all of our parks, building friendships and memories along the way. Married for 58 years, they were truly soulmates who loved meeting new people and embracing the RV lifestyle.

Lee will be deeply missed by all who had the pleasure of knowing him. Our thoughts are with Paulette and their family during this difficult time. 💙

We hosted our very first Egg Hunt at the RV Resort, and it turned out to be a truly heartwarming experience. While our community is primarily made up of adults aged 50 and over, we were delighted to have a few young visitors staying with us for the evening.

What made the event extra special was the kindness of our guests—after the initial hunt, many of the adults happily re-hid eggs so the little ones could continue the fun and excitement. It was a wonderful example of the welcoming and thoughtful spirit that makes our resort so unique.

Some eggs even included prize tickets and Cathedral Palms stickers, adding an extra layer of fun for everyone involved.

Thank you to everyone who participated and helped make our first Egg Hunt such a joyful success. We’re already looking forward to next year!
