We’re excited to share the first video in our new four part series, The Collaboration Effect — a look at how purposeful partnerships help us elevate experiences for both employees and guests.

This first story focuses on the employee experience and how solving even a small challenge can make a meaningful difference. Our Housekeeping Cast Members were spending valuable time removing tiny bits of “pixie dust” (confetti) from guest rooms. So our teams worked with ODP Business Solutions to find the right tool that would reduce this daily hassle.

The result? A simple solution that helped Cast Members feel more supported, confident, and prepared to create magic for our guests. 💫
