See the *first* showing of new program, Cosmic Kaboom! Why Stars Explode When They Die tonight at 7:00 PM, all about the life cycle of stars and their spectacular swan song. Tickets are FREE to BP members or $5/non-members.

THEN, join us for First Wednesday Meditation, a FREE program on the first Wednesday of each month at 12:15 PM in the dome. This program approximately 30 minutes and no RSVP is required. Stick around for our new summertime offering on Wednesdays, a short star talk and mini-show at 1:00 PM, which is also free.

Join us during June for *NEW* planetarium show, Cosmic Kaboom! Why Stars Explode When They Die at 7:00 PM on Tuesdays (June 2, 9, 16, 23 and 30) and the 4th Friday of the month (June 26).

Stars glitter across our night sky. They form, live their lives and then explode at the very end. These explosions are both spectacular and are incredibly important to the galaxy. Join us as we discover the variety of incredible explosions and why it all happens.

What's coming up this weekend at the planetarium!?! We're glad you asked! 💫💫💫 See our May show, "Galaxies: Beauty & Mystery Holding the Universe Together planetarium show" on Friday at 7:00 PM.

Then on Saturday, join us for Star & Space Story Time at 12:30 PM when we'll be reading "Mousetronaut", followed by family-friendly planetarium show "Dawn of the Space Age" at 1:00 PM.

It's official... School's OUT for SUMMER! 😎😎😎 We love kids & families and it's always FREE to visit, so come see us soon!

The BASF Planetarium lobby and dome are open 11:00 AM - 2:00 PM, Tuesday through Friday, for visitors to check out the displays and hands-on activities. On Saturdays, Star & Space Story Time starts at 12:30 PM, followed by a family-friendly planetarium show at 1:00 PM.

Brazosport Museum of Natural Science and Brazosport Art League gallery are open Tuesday through Saturday, 11:00 AM - 3:00 PM. Come check out our collections of shells, fossils (including dinos!), rocks & minerals, wildlife and historical artifacts in the museum, and a new art exhibit in the gallery every 4-5 weeks.

All activities are FREE except planetarium shows, which are free to planetarium members or $5/person for non-members. Check out our schedule and make your free reservations in the lobby when you arrive or online: bcfas.org/events/
