Our very first Halloween weekend was a full one! 🎃

Congrats to Site 33, this weekend's decorating contest winner! 🏆 Add in trick-or-treaters after dark, crisp fall air, campsite firepits glowing, and one big community bonfire with s'mores, and it was one to remember. Thank you to everyone who came out! 🧡

Round two is THIS weekend, Oct 23, with a new decorating contest. Think you can top Site 33? 👀 The Hideaway at Breckenridge, our rental camper, is still open too. No RV needed: firepit, free firewood and a cozy bed are all waiting for you.

A full-hookup site at Breckenridge is $800 a month. That works out to about $27 a night, and your **electric is included**. No surprise power bill when the cold weather hits.

Happy October 1st from Site 33! 💀🎃 Our guests woke up this morning and said "it's officially spooky season"… and the skeletons moved right in.

Halloween is coming to Breckenridge Lake for TWO spooky weekends, October 16th & 23rd, and the decorating contest is officially on!

🏕️ Friday evening: Start decorating your campsite
🎃 Saturday 10 AM: Pumpkin carving ($5, all supplies provided)
🐶 Saturday 2 PM: Dog costume contest
🍬 Saturday 7 PM: Trick-or-treating (don't forget your candy!)

🏆 Prizes for every event, including Best Decorated Campsite. Site 33 has set the bar high on day one… who's coming to challenge them?

If we had to pick a place to park a travel trailer this fall, site #47 would be our pick! 🌳

Big oaks overhead for shade, a wide, level gravel pad with room to spread out, and all amenities just a short walk away. Grab your morning coffee from the clubhouse, take a seat at the picnic table and let the Cumberland Plateau breeze do the rest.
