The Adolphus once had an ice rink, right in the middle of the ballroom🗝️⛸️

From 1936 to 1965, the Century Room was home to a retractable ice rink where guests watched dazzling performances, including the legendary Dot Franey Ice R***e, which ran for over a decade.

When the show ended, the floor rolled back, Glenn Miller's orchestra started up, and Dallas danced the night away.

113 years later, The Adolphus is still the stage. ✨
