Last call for DFW Restaurant Week. 🍽️

This is the final week to join us at Knife — and there’s still time to make it count. Our two-course prix-fixe lunch is $29, featuring a grilled Outpost 76 Denver steak, Mediterranean chicken, or house-made gemelli Bolognese. Add a cocktail or wine pairing for $20 if you’re feeling it.

And here’s the part we love: roughly 20% of every meal goes straight to the North Texas Food Bank — so a great lunch does a little good, too.

While the development changes, we’re staying put — proud to be part of what’s becoming a true restaurant district, with the new Dallas Stars arena coming to the area in 2030. The neighborhood is growing, and we’re growing right along with it.

Some things are better with age. This one, especially.

Our Barrel-Aged Old Fashioned is made with high rye bourbon, pecan porter syrup, orange bitters, and black walnut bitters — poured over a single cube and finished with orange peel. Rich, balanced, and built to be sipped slowly.

Pairs beautifully with a dry-aged steak, straight off the fire — the smoky char and the barrel’s depth were practically made for each other.
