🎉🎂 **Happy Birthday to Ryan Crenshaw!** 🎂🎉

Today is a special day at Milam Rental because we get to wish **Ryan a very Happy Birthday!**

Ryan has been with Milam Rental since **Day 1 — literally.** ❤️ In the beginning, it was Ryan and Krystal doing whatever needed to be done to keep things going. Loading equipment, helping customers, making deliveries, working on equipment, cleaning up, and tackling all the little things that come with starting and growing a business.

Today, Ryan is our **truck driver and handles many of our larger equipment deliveries and pickups**, but anyone who has been around Milam Rental from the beginning knows his role has always been much more than that.

Most importantly, Ryan is **Krystal’s husband and partner in life**, and he has been right beside her through every part of this journey. Through the long days, late nights, stressful moments, big decisions, growing pains, and all the accomplishments along the way — **Ryan has always been there.**

Milam Rental wouldn’t be what it is today without all the hard work, sacrifices, and support that happened behind the scenes from the very beginning.

But as proud as we are of everything Ryan does for Milam Rental, there’s another job he has that might just be his most important one of all — **being the BEST Pop to Braylon James!** ❤️

Those two are something special together, and Pop is already showing Braylon the ropes. From equipment to trucks, Braylon is learning early so maybe one day he can climb up behind the wheel and **drive Pop’s big truck himself!** 🚛❤️ We have a feeling Pop will make sure he knows exactly what to do when that day comes!

Ryan, we hope you know how much you are loved and appreciated — as a husband, Pop, friend, and such an important part of Milam Rental.

🎒💗 OUR LITTLE MILAM HELPER IS HEADING TO PRE-K 3! 💗🎒

This Wednesday, our favorite little shop helper, Braylon, is officially heading off to Pre-K 3! 🥹📚

Braylon has had one heck of a summer hanging around Milam Rental with his MiMi & Pop, his Daddy, Tyler, and Jacob. He’s helped greet customers, watched Pop haul equipment, “helped” around the shop, and made plenty of memories along the way. 😂🚜

And it wasn’t just Milam Rental that got to enjoy our little helper! He’s made plenty of trips down the road to Milam Equipment Sales to spend time with Nanny, Papa & Auntie Lexi, where he’s gotten to help out and see what goes on there too. 💗

He may not have been on the payroll, but we’re pretty sure he deserves the “Best Little Helper” award! 🏆😂
