Something special is coming to Cornelius next month.

Davidson Community Players and Cain Center for the Arts are bringing “Million Dollar Quartet” to the stage August 8–23. The show captures the night Elvis Presley, Johnny Cash, Carl Perkins, and Jerry Lee Lewis ended up in the same Memphis recording studio. Packed with hits like “Blue Suede Shoes,” “Folsom Prison Blues,” and “Great Balls of Fire.”

Tickets are $35–$55.
