Throughout Populus, the drinking glasses and carafes found in guest rooms begin as repurposed wine bottles, thoughtfully transformed by Wine Punts in Colorado Springs.

Each piece is hand cut, fired, and polished into something entirely new, giving everyday materials a second life while keeping over one million bottles out of landfills.

Thank you to everyone who joined us for the Hearth & High Country Dinner at Stellar Jay with two twelve cb . From live-fire cooking and seasonal ingredients to shared plates and thoughtfully paired wines from Buckel Family Wine, the night brought together incredible food, community, and purpose.

We’re also proud that a portion of proceeds from the evening supported Mountain Roots Food Project and their work expanding food access and supporting local agriculture across Colorado’s Western Slope.
