Growing up in a family business ❤️

This year the Thomas kids have had more active roles on the Island and it's been so fun watching them grow into them!!!

They're learning so much more than how to get a job done. They're learning how to work hard with their hands, work through conflict, work as a team, talk to people, solve problems, take responsibility when something is theirs to do...and on and on.

Some days they love working together and some days...well, they're siblings. 😂 But we're really thankful for the opportunity this little family business gives us to work alongside our kids and teach them things that are hard to learn any other way.

Love this time of year on the Island too...cooler weather, changing trees and everyone outside working together. 🙌🏼🍂❤️

We escaped to the beach for a quick little getaway! 🌊☀️ A few days of sunshine, ocean and lots of ice cream thanks to Surfin' Spoon 😂

Don't think on it too long, take that trip with the kids. Long days and short years.

We'll be back on the Island with the kids this weekend and are looking forward to seeing everyone! ❤️

Campground Island was just named one of the 11 Highest-Rated Campgrounds in Pennsylvania!
And while looking into it, we also discovered that AllCampsAndParks currently ranks Campground Island #5 out of 920 RV parks & campgrounds in Pennsylvania! 🤯

Five years into this adventure, it’s pretty amazing to see this little Island in Dover,PA showing up among some of the highest-rated in the state.🙌🏼 God has richly blessed us!

We’re so thankful for every family who has stayed with us, left a review, told a friend, or come back year after year. You guys are a huge part of what has made Campground Island what it is today. ❤️
