Yesterday at Bella Brooke Café and Gena’s Sierra Inn, we came together to celebrate the life of Misty Lynn — a beloved friend and leader taken from us far too soon. Misty had just been promoted to General Manager, a recognition of her dedication, kindness, and heart that touched everyone she met. Our deepest thanks to DoubleDown — Randy Deaver and Buddy Lewis — for the beautiful serenade that lifted our spirits.Though our small community grieves deeply, we stand united. A donation has been made to Misty’s family to help with her expenses, and to remind them that love continues to surround them. Misty’s light will forever shine in the heart of our mountain home.
