Thursday: The Belle’s BBQ Pulled Pork Sandwich $16
Slow-smoked pulled pork, piled high on a toasted bun and topped with creamy house-made coleslaw. Served with our signature BBQ sauce and a generous helping of crispy fries. Rustic, satisfying, and built for hearty appetites—just the sort of meal to fuel an evening of music and merriment at the Diamond Belle.

Wednesday: Chicken Fried Steak $23
A tender 8-ounce steak, hand-breaded and fried to a golden crunch, then blanketed in rich country white gravy. Served alongside creamy mashed potatoes and the Belle’s seasonal vegetable medley. A true Western comfort plate, worthy of the grand dining rooms and bustling saloons of frontier Durango.
