A sad day for the racing community. We are keeping family and friends in our thoughts and prayers.

Kyle Busch was more than just an incredible racer. He was more than just a legend. He was one of the greatest competitors ever in the sport of racing.

He was a generational talent.

Kyle was a tremendous supporter of WWT Raceway and we often turned to him to get his honest opinion. We had a special bond with him and he had a special bond with our track.

We will forever remember the joy and celebration of Kyle winning our second Cup event in 2023.

We are terribly saddened and ask that everyone keep Samantha and their family in your thoughts and prayers.

There will be plenty of dry time this Memorial Day Weekend, despite chances for showers and thunderstorms each day. Temperatures will be relatively mild as well for late May, making for a chilly swim for those ready to jump into a pool.

Be weather alert. 🥶

A crazy weather flip is still on track for the weekend...specifically Sunday as a powerful cold front first brings a risk of damaging winds with thunderstorms Sunday afternoon...followed by a sharp temp drop and a chance for snow Sunday night. The threat level for the metro STL has been increase by the Storm Prediction Center for Sunday... with a Level 3 risk outlined for all areas along and east of I-44 in MO and east of I-55 in Illinois. I'll have a complete update on Weather Extra starting at 3:30pm on Fox2STL+ and fox2now.com/watch. Or on Fox 2 News at 5pm and 6pm.
