Reminder that today, July 17th, is the last day to cancel or transfer your reservations to next year for the upcoming August Trail Ride.
If you aren’t able to attend and don’t have someone using your site, we recommend calling or emailing us today so that you don’t lose your deposit.
If someone else will be using your reservation and you aren’t attending this year, make sure to call and give us those names so that we can get them added to your reservation for this year. We don’t allow others to utilize a deposit and/or roll it forward upon check-in unless their name has been added to your reservation.
Also, we do not take stalls back once you arrive. If you have more stalls reserved than you need, you must call us prior to arrival to cancel those stalls.
Just a friendly reminder, you are only able to transfer your reservation one time before it must be used. If you transfer to next year and aren’t able to come next August, you would forfeit your deposit unless you are able to find someone else to use it.
Thanks for hanging with us! One final note, we are very limited on sites for August this year. If you are planning to come and don’t have a reservation, we suggest calling over the next week to make one.
