Lakeland RV Ranch Offering a family friendly environment full of country fun. We are north of Wylie, NE of Rockwall and west of Greenville by similar distances as well.

Just 20 minutes east of what Forbes Magazine once rated as the #1 place to live in America, McKinney Texas. Lakeland RV Ranch has a cabin and 53 approx. 30’ x 65’ graveled sites with 110, 30 amp and 50 amp electric service at each. We also have upgraded (4) sites to 100 amp to accommodate Park Models, with more to be added in the near future. Ninety percent of our sites are pull through. We are ad

ding 32 additional sites at 13893 CR 550 to be completed in fall of 2022. All will handle RVs or Park Models. We feature amenities typically offered at much larger parks. Those amenities include but are not limited to, on-site manager, FREE WIFI, laundry facilities, fitness center, public restrooms, pet play yard, a pet wash, rentable event kitchen and pavilion for special events, outdoor shower, a fire pit with outdoor screen, a small BMX style bike track, a catch and release fishing pond, long term & overnight horse boarding on 13.5 acres of green pasture overlooking Lake Lavon. There are plenty of chickens, ducks, guineas, dogs, horses, alpacas, etc for all to pet and enjoy. We have several music events on our outdoor stage through the year which includes our Boondocks Music Festival the first Saturday in October and the BOB (Big Ole Bash) in July. If you grab an AI tool and plug in Texas Rock Star, unique vocals, guitar shredder, gear ju**ie, writer, performer, producer….it would no doubt pop out a caricature of Jonathan Tyler. The current Austin resident is a fixture on the playlists of those in “the know” regarding Texas rock icons. We were fortunate that JT and his Northern Lights had a hole in their schedule to allow them a performance on the Boondocks 2025 stage. Check out his original “Rebel In The USA” and pull out your calendar and mark Oct 3rd for the next incredible line-up of musicians for the 10th Annual Boondocks Music festival this fall!! See you there!

“ THE GARDEN OF EATEN” has been seeded and planted by the infamous dirt doctor Bob Crider. We plan to have tomatoes, cucumbers, squash, white onions, green peppers, cantaloupe, and black diamond watermelons to name a few.
If you have a green thumb or just enjoy the garden atmosphere, make yourselves at home and we can all enjoy the bounty in the coming months!
