Those amenities include but are not limited to, on-site manager, FREE WIFI, laundry facilities, fitness center, public restrooms, pet play yard, a pet wash, rentable event kitchen and pavilion for special events, outdoor shower, a fire pit with outdoor screen, a small BMX style bike track, a catch and release fishing pond, long term & overnight horse boarding on 13.5 acres of green pasture overlooking Lake Lavon. There are plenty of chickens, ducks, guineas, dogs, horses, alpacas, etc for all to pet and enjoy. We have several music events on our outdoor stage through the year which includes our Boondocks Music Festival the first Saturday in October and the BOB (Big Ole Bash) in July.
