⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️This was our 4th stay at the Hobbit House. It’s always wonderful! My kids are always so excited to stay and talk about it for days before the trip. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟There are so many amazing things to say about this special property! The hosts are extremely accommodating and flexible and made our welcome feel very special. There were fun treats waiting for us in theme with the Hobbit and it added to the experience of exploring the home upon arrival. The amount of detail put into the theme of the movies is incredible. There is something new and fun to see everywhere you look. The home is extremely cozy feeling but has plenty of space for a larger group. All the bedrooms were beautifully decorated and the beds were very comfortable. The main living area is very large and can hold a lot of people if needed. The views outside are gorgeous! We were able to catch a sunset and it was beautiful. It’s very quiet and peaceful but it’s also only a 10-15 min drive from grocery stores, restaurants, and shopping. The roads are very easy to drive and no steep inclines or unpaved roads leading to the property. This is a true gem in NWA and we plan to return soon!
