-Medley of local Green Zebra tomatoes ,Yellow Heirloom tomatoes and Fresh Shish*tos!

-A little red onion, cucumber, fresh Peaches
-House Made roasted Rye Croutons
-Tossed together in our Lemon Caper Vinaigrette
-On top of a big schmear of whipped Shish*to Ricotta!

This hearty vegetarian salad is a classic salad originating in the Tuscan region of Italy. The rye croutons and fresh in season tomatoes give this dish a meaty, satisfying taste while the Lemon Caper Vinaigrette and fresh red onions bring a light tartness to the whole plate.

We’re excited to see Tuggle’s Gap featured on WSLS 10!

After a lot of work bringing new life to this historic roadside stop along the Blue Ridge Parkway, Tuggle’s Gap Motel and Restaurant is officially open again. We’re proud to be part of the next chapter of a place that has welcomed travelers and locals for generations.
