A few days after the Hurricane we here at Ahoy can count our blessings. The resort and most of Foley had very minor damage. Keep those further to the East in Florida who caught the full storm in your prayers. Much work is still to be done there.

ROAD CLOSURE NOTICE: BRIDGE CLOSURES AT NOON TODAY

⚠️ TRAFFIC & SAFETY ADVISORY ⚠️

Please be advised that local bridges will be closed starting at 12:00 PM (Noon) today, October 9, 2026.

Key Details & Traffic Restrictions:

Officer Presence: Officers will be stationed on-site manning the bridges to assist and direct traffic.

Northbound Travel: Northbound traffic will still be permitted to exit/leave until sustained wind speeds reach 45 mph, at which point northbound lanes will be fully shut down for safety.

Please plan your routes accordingly, drive with extreme caution, and avoid non-essential travel.
