Come and stay at our oasis where you will not be disappointed! We have extra wide lots with full hook ups and lush landscaping for privacy between sites. Our amenities include a club house, pool, shuffleboard, fitness center and a pond (catch and release). If you love to play golf, there are courses nearby along with plenty of shopping and restaurants. Gulf Shores and Orange Beach are a short drive away. With white sugar sands and the blue waters of the Gulf, it’s a place not to miss! Take in a concert at the Wharf where there are so many things to do and explore, or you may wish to just relax at our beautiful resort!

How a quiet May weekend became Gulf Shores’ beach‑stage moment

In 2010, Hangout Music Festival turned the public beach at Gulf Place along East Beach Blvd into a multi‑day, on‑the‑sand “music city,” blending rock, indie, electronic, hip‑hop, pop, and country while facing the Gulf of Mexico.

With Goldenvoice/AEG joining around 2015 and headliners like Zach Bryan, Lana Del Rey, and ODESZA, daily attendance historically hovered around 35–40k—shifting a once‑slow spring weekend into a cultural and economic anchor. Hotel and rental occupancy jumped from roughly 25–30% pre‑festival to about 85–90% during the 2025 weekend, and most residents and businesses backed keeping the tradition alive.

In 2025, the beachfront weekend re‑emerged as Sand in My Boots curated by Morgan Wallen, selling out around 40,000 tickets. There’s a pause on the public beach in 2026, with the city approving a path for Hangout’s return in May 2027 on the same shoreline footprint.
