Dublin Bottling Works is back again at Buffalo Trail Scout Ranch! 🥤

We’re grateful for their continued sponsorship and support, which allows us to offer their classic beverages for sale in the Jersey Lily this summer.

As camp season gets underway, we’re excited to welcome Scouts back to the ranch and can’t wait to see campers stop by the Jersey Lily for a cold Dublin drink after a day of adventure. ☀️

Another successful work weekend is in the books at Buffalo Trail Scout Ranch! 🛠️

We wrapped up our final work weekend before the summer season, completing countless projects to get camp ready for staff and campers. From maintenance and improvements to those last-minute finishing touches, every effort helps create an incredible experience for the Scouts and staff who will call BTSR home this summer.

Staff Week begins June 7th, and our first campers arrive June 14th. WE CAN’T WAIT!!

A huge thank you to all of the volunteers who generously gave their time, skills, and energy to make it happen. Your dedication keeps the tradition alive and makes a lasting impact on every Scout who comes through our gates.

Summer is almost here, and we’re excited to welcome another season of adventure, growth, and memories at BTSR! ☀️

🤠 Last chance to make a difference before camp season kicks off!
We’re heading into our FINAL work weekend of May at Buffalo Trail Scout Ranch, and we need YOU.

Staff week starts June 7th, that means this is our last big push to get the ranch ready for an incredible summer.

🏕️ Stay the whole weekend OR just come out for the day, whatever works for you! Room accommodations are available on a first come, first served basis, so sign up early if you want to bunk at the ranch.

The last work weekend is coming up May 29-31. We hope you can join us gor the weekend or the day on Saturday. $25 to cover food costs. You can register online or call 432–570-7601.
Friday some of us will be out after lunch to start projects and welcome to arrive anytime! We will find something for Dinner Friday!

Saturday schedule:
Breakfast 800am
work 900am - 1200pm
Noon - lunch
100-600pm work
Dinner - 600pm

Lots of small thing’sbin base camp and outback both. Camp or some lodging available firs come first serve basis. Check with office and camp director for availability. Or drive out for the day!

If you love the outdoors, hard work, and making memories with an awesome crew, we need you out on trail this season.

Take a step into the country side and help guide a 5 day horseback trek through the Fort Davis Mountains.

Must be 18+
Meals and Board provided.

Trek Decking for new tent platforms $17,500 - Project fully Funded!!!!👍

Ice Machines - ordered 2 with 3 yr maintenance plan $3500 total costb for both!

There are alot of small things that we are getting done weekly too!

We have a big work weekend ahead and with a lot to accomplish, and the more hands we have, the better. This is a great opportunity to give back, help improve camp, and spend time with fellow Scouts while making a real impact.

Whether you can help for a few hours or the whole weekend, we would love to have you out there.
