Just arrived at the cabin last night, to open the cabin for another great season! Turned the water back on, fired up the fireplace and settled in. Beautiful weather with lowes in the 30-40s, 50-60s during the day. We are going to setup an outside firepit for everyone that wanted the addition. Stay tuned for more pics

Eva and I just returned from another trip to the cabin. We had the crawlspace enclosed to help keep our pipes from freezing during winter cold fronts and it also helped keep the cabin very warm. We went South through the Nantahala Forest, very cool scenic area with great views of the mountains. Lots of wildlife moving around with deer and turkeys everywhere. Snowed on our last day there. Hope you enjoy some of the pics from our trip

Wow, that storm created such a nightmare for Ashville and surrounding areas. Thank God Franklin area was spared! We just got power back tonight and all roads in the Franklin area have been cleared of debris. Most of my customers have canceled due to their own problems from the storm at their own home, but as of now we are open for business. Hope everyone stays safe!!! Your friends Jeff & Eva

Today we started our day venturing off to Franklin to see Christmas in July downtown festival. Then over to JW Mitchell u-pick fields to get a bushel of amazing peaches. From there we went to Tellico fish farm and caught a few rainbow trout for the smoker. More to come...
