🍂 Fall has arrived at Winding River Resort! 🍂

The colors are changing, the mountain air is getting crisp, and our wildlife friends have been making their way back around the resort. 🫎 It’s such a beautiful time of year in Grand Lake!

Sometimes the best souvenirs are the ones you can snuggle. 🥰🫎🐻🐴

These little guys are always a favorite with the kids who visit our camp store! And we can see why. After days spent exploring, riding horses, seeing wildlife and making memories with their family, they get to choose a little friend to take home with them.

They fit perfectly in a backpack for the ride home and make a pretty sweet reminder of their adventures at Winding River Resort. ❤️

Be sure to swing by the camp store before you leave and let the kids pick out a favorite. Years from now, that little moose, bear or horse just might bring back some pretty wonderful family memories of their time in Grand Lake. 🏔️

Because sometimes the smallest souvenirs hold the biggest memories. ❤️

🌲 Workcamper Spotlight: Chris & Charlotte Buhman 🌲

Meet Chris and Charlotte Buhman! ❤️

Originally from Northwest Missouri, Chris and Charlotte are full-time RVers and workcampers whose love of the mountains brought them to Winding River Resort. And now, they’ve been part of our Winding River family for three years!

One of the things they’ve appreciated most is the family ownership here and the lifelong friendships they’ve made with fellow workcampers and management along the way.

That’s one of the things that makes our workcamping crew so special. It’s more than working a season together. It’s the friendships, the laughs, the teamwork, and the memories made along the way.

As our season begins winding down, we also want to take a moment to say a HUGE THANK YOU to ALL of our incredible workcampers this year! ❤️

There are so many things that happen behind the scenes to keep Winding River Resort running, and we couldn’t do it without this amazing group of people. We are incredibly grateful for the hard work, helping hands, great attitudes, and friendships each of you has brought to our Winding River family.
