Harris Vacations is looking for a hardworking, dependable individual to join our maintenance team!

What You'll Do:
Assist with routine property maintenance and repairs
Support experienced technicians on various projects
Replace filters, batteries, light bulbs, and other household items
Help with property upkeep, painting, and general maintenance

What We're Looking For:
Basic knowledge of home maintenance and repairs
Strong attention to detail and customer service skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Valid driver's license and good driving record
Previous maintenance experience preferred

“I want to start by saying that this house is an absolutely BEAUTIFUL GEM! The house itself deserves a 100 out of 10 rating. It has everything. It’s very roomy for the 15 people we had staying. It has a Dyson vacuum on every floor for all the sand you can’t stand to walk on in the house. Very convenient. Has a washing machine and dryer on the floors where the bedrooms are located. They thought of everything for their guests. Very thankful!
Harris employees were hands down wonderful! Some of the kindest girls and always there to help. I will always rent with these guys from here on out. We actually already booked Millie’s Sandcastle for next year.”

We’re breathing a little easier along the Gulf Coast today, and most importantly, we’re grateful.

Following Hurricane Isaias, we’re thankful to share that our guests and team members are safe, and early reports are encouraging for our beautiful stretch of coastline.

Our Harris Vacations team has already been out in the field, checking on homes and beginning property assessments. There’s still plenty of work ahead, but we’re moving as quickly and carefully as possible to make sure each property is inspected and our owners and guests have the information they need.

To our property owners: Your property manager will contact you directly with updates as inspections are completed.

To our guests: If your upcoming reservation is impacted, our team will reach out personally to walk you through next steps.

And to everyone who has checked in, offered kind words, and shown patience as we navigate the past few days - thank you. It means more than you know!

We love this community, we're proud of our team, and we're incredibly thankful to call the Alabama Gulf Coast home.

🚨 IMPORTANT UPDATE: MANDATORY EVACUATION IN EFFECT

Governor Kay Ivey has issued a mandatory evacuation order for all non-residents, tourists, and visitors in Gulf Shores, Orange Beach, and surrounding impacted areas.

All Harris Vacations guests in affected areas must vacate their properties immediately and may not return until the mandatory evacuation order has been lifted.

Our team is actively contacting affected guests to coordinate departures and communicate important information.

Once the storm has passed and immediate safety concerns have been addressed, we will work with impacted guests to process refunds for unused nights affected by the evacuation order and provide documentation needed for trip insurance claims.

Right now, our priority is the safety of our guests, team members, and coastal community.

We understand this is an unexpected disruption to your stay, and we appreciate your patience and cooperation as we navigate this situation.

Please evacuate immediately, follow official guidance, and stay safe.

As Hurricane Isaias strengthens, Harris Vacations has increased storm preparedness efforts to prioritize the safety of our guests, homeowners, and team members.

Our teams are actively preparing properties and assisting guests impacted by the storm.

Weather Update🌊

Harris Vacations is actively monitoring Tropical Storm Isaias and any potential impacts to our area. Our team has activated our hurricane protocols and is proactively communicating with affected guests and our property owners as conditions develop.

Local preparations are also underway across the area. The National Shrimp Festival has been canceled, and sandbag locations are available in Gulf Shores, Orange Beach and Foley. We encourage everyone in the area to stay weather aware, secure outdoor items and follow updates from local officials.

We’ll continue to monitor conditions and share updates as we know more. Stay safe, Gulf Coast! 🤍
