All you can Eat Crab Legs
I get asked all the time for restaurant recommendations but many times get asked if there is an all you can eat Crab Legs. In the past the answer had to be NO but recently a new restaurant opened in Gulf Shores called Hammered Crab and their claim to fame is going to be AYCE Snow Crab Legs. I went to the grand opening on Wednesday and even though there was a large Chamber of Commerce event as well as them holding an eating contest for the Fire Department the service was great and the Crab Legs were awesome. I can't vouch for the rest of the menu at this point as two of our party didn't get the AYCE Crab Legs and they weren't impressed (one got boiled shrimp and the other gumbo) but the two of us that did get the AYCE loved them. I have noticed in the last few years many places steam their crab legs and then sprinkle the seasoning on them once they are cooked. Of course this gets it all over your hands but doesn't do much to season the meat. Hammered Crab is boiling theirs so the seasonings gets into the meat. Current price for the AYCE is $60 which includes AYCE garlic bread and salad and you get one serving of boiled potatoes and corn. Hammered Crab
