Every pillow fluff, room tidy, and fresh baked cookie delivery are handled with care, just for you. Meet Bezai, a beloved member of our housekeeping team known for her warm smile and easy-going manner.

When she's not leaving a touch of magic behind every door, Bezai is a musician and loves to go out to eat and take in all of the beautiful views Highlands has to offer.

Our team is an essential part of our story — without them, wouldn't be what it is today. We would love to hear in the comments if you have any fond memories of staff members who made an impression during your stay.
