⛳ A Fun Day on the Course!

Another great day with the Red Rock Ponds crew at our Golf Tournament! 🏌️‍♂️🏌️‍♀️

A huge thank you to the Fueling Station girls for keeping everyone fueled up and having fun along the way, and a special thank you to Tom and his wife at Brown Road Golf Club for hosting such a fantastic and fun tournament — and for feeding us too!

Judging by these pictures, there may have been at least as much fun happening at the Fueling Station as there was golfing. 😂

🚒 Supporting Our Local Fire Departments

We were proud to present this year’s fundraiser checks to our local fire departments, surrounded by some of the volunteers who give their time to serve and protect our community.

A big thank you to everyone at Red Rock Ponds who donated, bought raffle tickets, played games, grabbed some food, or helped make the fundraiser happen. This is what a campground community can do when everyone pitches in.

🚒 What an incredible day for our Fire Department Fundraiser Carnival! 🎪❤️

Thanks to the generosity of our Red Rock Ponds community, this year’s carnival raised $3,508 for the fire department!

Here’s how everyone helped make that happen:

🎟️ Basket raffle: $2,085
🌭 Food and games: $814
🎫 50/50 drawing: $219
❤️ Direct donations: $390

We would also like to recognize our generous direct donors:

• Butch and Kathy Magin — $250
• Bob Johnson Auto Group — $100, arranged through Janine D’Alonzo
• Doug and Phyllis Hudson — $40

In addition, $150 from last year’s clambake was carried over to be donated this year.

That brings our total fire department donation for 2026 so far to $3,658!

This year’s carnival raised 19% more than our 2024 event, with the basket raffle alone bringing in an incredible $2,085.

It was also great seeing such a strong turnout of families and young kids. The games were clearly one of the highlights of the afternoon, and there was no shortage of smiles, excitement, and general carnival chaos. 😄

More than anything, it was another great example of what can happen when our campground community comes together for a good cause. Every raffle ticket, hot dog, game, 50/50 ticket, and donation helped build this total.

Thank you to everyone who came out, joined in the fun, and helped us support the people who are always there when our community needs them.

We are proud of what we accomplished together. ❤️🚒

New Playground in the Back Quad! 🎉

We’ve added a brand-new playground designed especially for our younger campers, located in the Back Quad! 🌳

A huge thank-you to the Red Rock team for putting it all together. It arrived in approximately 9,000 pieces—figuratively speaking, although it certainly didn’t feel figurative during assembly. 🔩🪛😅

We hope the little ones have a blast! 🤸‍♂️☀️

🥞 Huge thanks to our Pancake Crew for making another amazing pancake breakfast happen!

This crew shows up early, keeps the griddle hot, the sausage rolling, and the coffee flowing — all with a smile. We’re lucky to have people who give their time to make mornings like this feel special at Red Rock.

We also had some fun this year and made custom crew shirts, complete with everyone’s own official “callsign.” 😄

Now the real question is…

Which Red Rock crew should get custom shirts next?
Bingo Crew? Garden Club? Ice Cream Squad? Give us your best ideas below. 👇

🎣 Our Fishing Derby was a reel good time! 🎣

What a day out on the water. The fish were biting, the kids were beaming, and the bragging rights were flying as fast as the casts. From the early-morning hopefuls to the big-catch celebrations, every moment was a blast.

We saw first-timers reeling in their very first catch, seasoned anglers showing off their technique, and more than a few "the one that got away" stories already making the rounds. 😄
