Bluff View House Concerts Yes.. this is in our house, and it's a wonderful thing... and the basement is used for the radio show. We've been called a great place to listen to music.

Lori makes the greatest oatmeal cookies. BYOB makes your night within your budget. We've never met a stranger who hasn't completely enjoyed themselves. During the pandemic, we're not having concerts but I'm putting my efforts into the Dave's Basement Tracks radio show. It's appointment music, hope you tune in Tuesday nights on Ocooch Mountain Radio. It's streamable on your computer or with a cool free Smartphone app.

Well we just got back from Moccasin Creek Festival and we ended up seeing two musicians who have played our series ( Chicago Farmer and Jess Klein ) and TWO that will play this year ( LoveSeat and Shanna in a Dress ) Actually Shanna was in the first songswap we saw over the weekend. Here's 3 minutes of her introduction song, "Do You Wanna Go Out With Me" If you are a single male or have an available son, bring them to the October concert. Yes I'll post the schedule soon.

24 artists who played our house concert series have also played the fest over the years. Yes Lori and I have made around 44 of the previous 49 held. So many memories. Being the fest chair for five years was a lot of work, but I met so many people that I now call a friend. Worth every minute and step. Yes one year as fest chair my phone said I put on 28,000 steps in a day.

Hey hey hey, Shanna in a Dress is going to Folk Alliance Region Midwest (FARM) this year and we're going to host her either Thursday Oct 22nd at 7:30 or Sunday Oct 25th afternoon at 1:00 before the 3:30 starting Packer game against the Lions. It's been decided, we'll have three unique treats at break... these great cookies, homemade vanilla ice cream with my maple syrup and pecan topping, and Irish Red beer in a growler from Turtle Stack Brewery. It was fun meeting up with Ashley yesterday to pick it up, but sadly I found she's leaving by the end of the month. Get a chance to go down to see her and say good luck in future adventures.
