Maintenance • Front Desk • Housekeeping • Breakfast Attendant
We are looking for friendly, dependable, and hard-working team members to join our hotel staff. Open positions include Maintenance, Front Desk, Housekeeping, and Breakfast Attendant. Part time positions available.
Open Positions
• Maintenance: Perform basic repairs, respond to maintenance needs, keep the property safe and in good working order, and assist with general upkeep.
• Front Desk: Greet guests, handle check-ins and check-outs, answer phones, make reservations, assist with guest questions, and provide excellent customer service.
• Housekeeping: Clean guest rooms and public areas, change linens, restock supplies, and help maintain a clean and welcoming hotel environment.
• Breakfast Attendant: Set up, serve, stock, and clean the breakfast area while providing friendly service to guests.
Ideal Candidates
• Are reliable, punctual, and professional
• Enjoy working with guests and team members
• Can work independently and stay organized
• Have a positive attitude and strong attention to detail
• Are available for flexible shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Prior hotel or customer service experience is helpful, but not required for all positions

The Paavo Nurmi Marathon is approaching quickly on August 8! There are several ways to be a part of Wisconsin's oldest marathon.
1. Be a runner.
🏃‍♂️If running is your thing, you enjoy a challenge, and/or delight in seeing the beautiful scenic Northwoods, this is the perfect option to choose! Other perks are it is a Boston Marathon Qualifying Course and overall winners get cash prizes!
💰 $250 Overall Male & Female Marathon Champions
💰 $250 Overall Male & Female Half Marathon Champions
💰 $500 Overall Relay Team Champions

2. Be a sponsor.
💲Hate running but want to support your community? Being a sponsor is a great idea and we along with many others would be grateful to you. There are 3 sponsor options : $150 (includes co-sponsorship billing on event posters & announcements in press releases), $250 (same as $150 option plus free 1/16 ad in Paavo Race Book, recognition in runner's packets, and sponsor logo printed on Paavo volunteer shirts), $350 (same as $250 option plus Free 1/4 page ad in Paavo Race Book, booth at Paavo registration expo and/or post Paavo party, link on the Paavo event page, signage along course).
3. Be a vendor.
🌭Own a business or shop? Contact the Hurley Chamber to have a vendor space at the Post Paavo Party on Silver Street!
4. Be a Volunteer.
💧Love to lend a helpful hand or perhaps you are part of a group that enjoys community service? We need volunteers to serve different roles to make this event a success.

Hotel Front Desk Agent responsibilities include registering guests, managing reservations and providing information about rooms, rates and amenities. If you have a knack for customer service and work experience in the hotel industry, we’d like to meet you.

HELP WANTED!!

Days Inn by Wyndham Hurley is now accepting applications for a part time maintenance position.

Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, pool and carpentry a plus, but will train the right candidate.

Responsible for general cleaning and upkeep of building and grounds. Must be able to do light repairs and maintenance on a daily basis and be available on call as needed.
