The Spoonwood Inn is now open (after extensive renovations) on scenic Route 6 in Kane, PA. You are probably thinking "Where did they come up with that name??" Well.....with a bit of research, we found that Spoonwood is the Native American word for Mountain Laurel. Once we thought about it for a little while, the name stuck.

🌨️ 12/31 update

We have received anywhere from 4-8” across the system, with riders reporting good conditions given the good base we preserved. The forecast is calling for more snow tonight, so we should have great riding over the coming days.

Please ride with caution as we do have a number of timber sales across the system, and log trucks and loggers will be on some of the roads in the daytime hours. Also, we have groomers going out during the daytime, so please ride with caution!
