Here's something you won't find at most places you book a stay: if you rent a cottage with us and you're a qualified sailor, our 22 ft sailboat is yours to use, free, for the whole time you're here.

No rental fees. No hourly limits. No waiting your turn. Just pack your sunscreen, grab the tiller, and get out on the water whenever you feel like it.

New to sailing? We offer lessons too, so you can learn the ropes and take the boat out before you leave. Kayaks and other water toys are included as well, so there's always another way to get out on the water.

A stay here should feel like visiting family who happens to have a boat, not a hotel with an upcharge for everything. This is just part of what comes with the cottage.

This Father’s Day, Paul, the owner of the resort, invited everyone aboard for a beautiful sunset cruise to celebrate the occasion. Together, we watched the sun set over the peaceful waters of Buttonwood Sound Bay in Key Largo, Florida, creating memories that will last a lifetime.
Our adorable young guests, Jack and Ben, brought so much joy to our days with their bright smiles and cheerful greetings every morning. What an incredible day it was welcoming Sal and his beautiful family to Key Lime Sailing Club and Cottages

They set out aboard our PowerCat for a memorable Jungle Kayaking Cruise, gliding across the bay and exploring the breathtaking beauty of the mangrove jungle. From the moment they arrived, it was our pleasure to help make their adventure as smooth and enjoyable as possible. Paul, owner of Key Lime Sailing Club, was happy to ensure they found the way without any trouble so their family fun could begin right away.

Watching their children experience the famous hidden swing for the first time was priceless! The laughter, excitement, and friendly family competition that followed especially the brave jumps from the branch into the refreshing waters created memories that will last a lifetime.
