Two popular weeks are 4th of July (07/03/27-07/10/27) and Mini Lobster Season (07/24/27-07/31/27). We currently have both open at our 2 bedroom 2 full bath Truman Annex Shipyard Condo Unit 202-3, which is approximately 25% larger than a normal Shipyard and can sleep up to five guests when using the sleeper sofa. Recently remodeled and includes two decks and great views and just steps to the shared Shipyard pool and entrance to the Truman Waterfront Park. $3,500 plus 12.5% sales tax for either week and NO other fees.

"Just wanted to send a quick note to let you know we’ve checked out of Unit 102-9 and are sitting here at EYW waiting for our flight home.

We had a fantastic month staying at your condo. It really felt like a home away from home, and we couldn’t have asked for a better location. Being so close to Truman Waterfront Park was perfect for the shows (Gov’t Mule was a pleasant surprise), the sunsets, and just being able to walk out the door and enjoy Key West.

And of course, we got the full Key West experience - including some pretty impressive afternoon thunderstorms and torrential rain! We even ventured down to Front Street this past Thursday right in the height of the storm, in middle of the flooding. Probably not the smartest decision we made all month, but it sure made for a good story! 😂

Thanks again for sharing your condo with us. We really enjoyed our time there, and it made this month in Key West extra special. We’ve stayed in Key West quite a few times over the years, and we really loved our time at 102-9.

We hope we’ll have the chance to stay there again sometime down the road.

Truman Annex Shipyard Condo Unit 185 is finishing its first year as one of our weekly vacation rental and it was time for some refreshing to keep it worthy of a Craig & Cindy Key West Rentals property. At the direction and work of Randy & Cindy, we just replaced the TV's with larger and smarter ones, changed out blinds where needed, repainted the entire condo interior (including in the closets) in a lighter color, replaced some interior baseboards and exterior decking, repainted the outside deck and updated the landscaping.
