Over the last 30 years of owning two beautiful and successful hotels, I have learned a very valuable lesson… human interaction.

My Front Desk Staff, along with my housekeeping staff are involved in every aspect of our guests stay… without that I feel the experience of our beautiful Key West is lost.

I am proud and thrilled that the Heron House is and will always be a hotel with Front Desk Staff, Concierge Staff, Housekeeping staff, Breakfast attendants and of course, a wonderful GM Trent….

This notice comes as many hotels in the area are going Electronic, and it breaks my heart to realize such a change. 🥰

After 28 years of our beautiful hotel being in our lives, today with bittersweet feelings my father and I have sold Heron House Court.

The new owners have amazing vision, energy and excitement to continue and put their own stamp on the hotel…
