Vacation Rental Inspector- Full Time
Location: Key West to Big Pine Key.
We’re looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Vacation Rental Inspector to join our team full-time. This position is ideal for someone who takes pride in their work, thinks independently, and enjoys solving problems.
Requirements:
Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively.
Availability to be on call as needed
Strong logical and critical-thinking skills.
Excellent problem-solving abilities
Outstanding customer service and communication skills.
Basic/light maintenance and repair skills.
Highly detail-oriented with a strong eye for cleanliness and property condition.
Dependable, professional, and able to handle unexpected situations.
