What a week to be in Key West! The island is gearing up for one of its most exciting celebrations of the year as **Fantasy Fest 2026** gets underway, bringing colorful costumes, incredible entertainment, island traditions, and unforgettable parties!
There's plenty happening all week, but the weekend is where things really take off!
**MONDAY–THURSDAY | OCT. 12–15**
Kick off the week with a Jimmy Buffett tribute, trivia, rooftop Glow Hours, w**e tasting, comedy, and a little Key West history. Thursday brings the Truman Waterfront Farmers Market, *Hedwig and the Angry Inch* at Waterfront Playhouse, and comedian Tom Dustin!
**FRIDAY | OCTOBER 16**
Fantasy Fest festivities begin! The beloved **Bahama Village Goombay Festival** fills Petronia and Emma Streets with Caribbean culture, music, food, and celebration. Plus, Barbie's Pink Pool Party at The Marker and the spectacular Royal Coronation at Coffee Butler Amphitheater!
**SATURDAY | OCTOBER 17**
The celebration continues with another full day of Goombay Festival fun! Find your Fantasy Fest look at the Junk in the Trunk Costume Swap, enjoy That Arena Rock Show at Sunset Pier, or catch *Party in My Pants: A Sexy Ass Cabaret* at Key West Theater!
**SUNDAY | OCTOBER 18**
Start the day browsing the Fantasy Fest Edition of the Key West Artisan Market, then get ready for one of the island's wildest traditions — the **2026 Zombie Bike Ride!** Thousands of creatively costumed zombies traditionally take to the streets for this unforgettable Key West spectacle!
