Open 365 days a year, Reflections Inn is on Scenic Byway-US Highway 12, in the foothills of the Bitterroot Mountains and on the Wild & Scenic Lochsa River. 1 hour and 40 minutes east of Lewiston, ID, 2 hours & 40 minutes west of Missoula, MT, 3 hours to Spokane, and 2 hours from Pullman, WA. We are perfectly located on the Middle Fork of the Clearwater River and situated on 50 acres of pristine Id

aho Wilderness, with access to fishing, hunting, whitewater rafting, cross-country skiing, snowmobiling, and more. Jerry Johnson and Weir natural hot springs are under an hour's drive from the Inn, along with access to many local hiking trails, and a private hiking trail on the property - just ask for directions and recommendations! Reflections Inn is designed as a quiet getaway with attention to detail, warm hospitality, and the surroundings of a mountain lodge. Previously owned and operated by Ruth and Jim May (1995-2021), is now under new ownership since June 2021. The Inn is comprised of 8 moderately priced rooms, each with a private bath. Your stay includes the following amenities:

-guest kitchen, laundry, barbecue grills
-hot tub
-extensive collection of books
-outdoor shelter house with a fire pit
-many peaceful, outdoor seating areas to enjoy the natural beauty of the area
-a studio suite is available
-pet-friendly rooms are available

Available for weddings, corporate events, and more! There are no televisions, radios, or phones in the guest rooms (by design) and because of our cozy location nestled along the Clearwater River, there is no cell phone reception!

Thank you to the 3rd group of Alabama Forestry Commission fire fighters for coming and staying with us here at Reflections Inn to work on the fires, we are thankful for you and everyone out there every day to work on all these fires that are happening and still going.

We are expecting our 4th group of Alabama Forestry Commission fire fighters and we look forward to continue working with you guys, were glad to have you here unfortunately not so glad about the fires but we do know that we are very well taken care of with everyone out there working every day all day.

Thank you to the second group of Alabama Forestry Commission fire fighter's that stayed with us and now heading to Spokane to fight that fire there, we wish you the best of luck and we hope to see you again. We are getting are third group of Alabama Forestry Commission firefighters next, they have been so wonderful, we look forward to the next group coming in.

We wanted to thank the first group of Alabama forestry firefighters who came and stayed to help with the fires that are around, we hope you have safe travels to your next destination and we will keep you all in our thoughts and prayers as you head out to your next destination.

We have the second group here that took over for the first group, thank you for coming and helping with the fires as well, we hope you guys are safe out there and we will say our prayers for you as well as keep you in our thoughts.

What a wonderful group of Firefighters we have, this was just the first goup that stayed with us for awhile and now we are just waiting for the second group of Alabama Fire Fighters. These guy's are respectful and wonderful to talk to and very well mannered. We appreciate everything you guys are doing and we look forward to having you all again.

Good morning everyone, we just wanted to take a minute and say thank you to all the firefighters out there that is working in the hot heat to do everything they can to stop the fires. Reflections Inn is full with our returning fire fighters from Alabama, we always have such a woderful group who show up, this will be their second time here and first for some of the newer guys that hasn't been here before.

đŸ”¥North Fork Fish Creek Fire - July 20, 6:30 PM Update:

North Fork Fish Creek Fire, located two miles east of Crater Lake near the Idaho border has been successfully held at 0.5 acres throughout the day.

Rappelers were able to access the fire area earlier today. Both sawline and handline have started to be constructed around the fire perimeter. Ground efforts have been assisted by helicopter bucket operations throughout the day.

The fire will be staffed overnight by the rappeler crew so that work may be continued into the night and re-engaged early in the morning. Additional firefighters have been placed on order so that containment and mop-up operations can be assisted.

No evacuations or closures have been put in place at this time.
This will be the final update for the evening unless significant activity occurs.

NEW WILDFIRE

đŸ”¥North Fork Fish Creek Fire - July 20

Firefighters on the Lolo National Forest are responding to a new wildfire called the North Fork Fish Creek Fire, in the Ninemile Ranger District approximately two miles east of Crater Lake by the Idaho border. The fire is currently estimated at 0.5 acres, and the burning in heavy timber.

A helicopter was sent to gain a size-up of the fire and find the best way to insert firefighters into the area. To assist with suppression efforts, helicopter bucket operations will be utilized throughout the day to drop water on the fire. Additional firefighters have been ordered so that direct suppression actions can also be taken on the ground.

Further updates will be shared as the situation develops.
