Ready for market… This week’s At Home and Cooperstown Farmers Market menu includes spice cured duck confit with a tomato basil and Sicilian olive sauce, grilled shrimp Niçoise salad with lemon potato salad, and roasted garden vegetables with ginger and sesame.
