Have you been wanting to better understand your dogs social skills, sociability levels, dog to dog interactions, greetings, relationships, play and more???
You will learn all that and more at the WORKSHOP!
Understanding Canine Sociability, Relationships and Play Wilde Kind Farm in Litchfield on Friday July 31st from 5-8pm!!!!!
We all know that canine interactions, play, relationships etc. is one of my favorite areas to get really nerdy about, and it is such a fantastically relevant and helpful subject for ALL owners to understand!
So, what's the workshop all about????
Many owners struggle to understand, interpret or manage their dog’s behavior around other dogs. This struggle is understandable as canine social skills and interactions are complex and nuanced; but unfortunately are far too often viewed in black and white. In this workshop, we are going to take a deep dive into all the beautiful grey areas!
This workshop will cover:
💙Dog Sociability Levels and changes
💙Dog to Dog communication: How dogs say YES and how does say NO
💙Rude vs. polite dog behavior, greetings, and play.
💙Healthy relationships and appropriate pairings
💙How to shape and improve your dog’s social skills
💙Supervising and assessing dog to dog play - when to step in, and how to teach our dogs to “take a break”
This workshop has openings for both handler/dog working spots (6 spots available) for $125, and audit only (no dog) spots(unlimited) for $50.
