We’ve just completed a BIG refresh of our website, and we’re pretty excited about where Nonpareil Stays is headed.

2026 → 2027 is all about direct bookings.

We’ll continue embracing Airbnb, Vrbo, and other platforms as important booking channels, but we’re putting a much bigger focus on driving guests directly to our platform—and ultimately, to your home.

Why it matters: direct bookings can reduce the host fee from 15.5% to just 5%, while still giving guests a secure, seamless booking experience and access to the curated, high-touch hospitality Nonpareil Stays is known for.
