In most places, people would call us competitors.
We call each other neighbors.

That’s the part of this place you can’t photograph.
The Blue Ridge views are incredible. The flower fields are beautiful. The cabins are cozy. But those aren’t the reason people fall in love with Madison County.
It’s the people.

It’s the wave from a passing truck on a gravel road. It’s local businesses cheering each other on. It’s lending a hand because that’s just what neighbors do.

We built these tiny homes to give people a place to unplug. What we didn’t expect was that so many guests would leave talking about the feeling they found here.
