Saturday & Sunday 8 AM - 8 PM is a 24 site seasonal campground on the South shore of Round Lake in Manitou Beach, MI, which is an all sports lake with good fishing. Each seasonal campsite is full hook up (electric, water and sewer), with optional cable, telephone, and comes with a dock slip to keep your boat. There is also a boat launch, basketball cou

rt, shuffleboard and WIFI. Roger and Lucretia organize many social events throughout the season and treat everyone like family. This campground is a gem of the Irish Hills.

Persistence pays. Our new resident fishermen, Mitch and Amanda brought in the catch of the season from the dock this morning in the rain. It’s no fish story - a walleye weighed in at close to 4 pounds.

Friday Night potluck did not disappoint. Great cooks- 5 delicious soups, lobster Mac and cheese, meatballs, potato salad, rolls, fruit, lemon cake , zucchini bread and key lime pie. Twenty three of us had a feast.
