We have the first weekend in October still available- the rest of October is booked! That’s a great weekend for a country getaway to this wonderful area. A Pickleball Rendezvous, fishing on the Potomac, biking or hiking on the canal, a battlefield tour or just kicking back on the dock at the pond- it’s ALL GOOD!

The Pickleball Courts are ready for action! We still have some open dates available in August and September for you to host a FARM and pickleball vacation! Add in an Antietam Battlefield tour, some rafting on the Potomac, a visit to Antietam Winery, or the great restaurants in Shepherdstown or my favorite for crabs, Mother Shuckers in Martinsburg and you have the makings of of great staycation! Don’t forget the pond for some easy fishing or fish feeding and chilling out on the dock! By the way , the smallmouth bass offer great fishing opportunities in September at Shepherdstown ( about 1/4 mile below the bridge is one of my favorite spots- don’t tell anyone 😜). The birdwatching is shifting from nesting season to “ gorging” time and there is plenty of action.
