Hey there, Holiday Villagers! 👋IT'S TIME FOR...😇 ** FLORIDA NEIGHBORHOOD CONFESSIONS!!** 👀😂

Which one are you guilty of? 😂👇

👋 Saying “good morning” and accidentally turning it into a 45-minute conversation.

🐊 Seeing an alligator and immediately texting someone a picture like you’ve never seen one before.

☀️ Complaining that 68° is “freezing.”

🌴 Owning WAY more Florida-themed décor than you ever intended.

🦆 Knowing the neighborhood wildlife well enough that you’ve started naming them.

👀 Knowing exactly what’s happening in the neighborhood without *technically* being nosy.

🍹 Saying, “I’m just going to stop by for a minute…” and coming home three hours later.

We're making improvements around Holiday Village, and it all starts with listening to our residents!

Work is underway to remove dead trees throughout the community, helping improve the park's appearance and keep our outdoor spaces looking their best. 🌿

And we're not stopping there! Brush removal is next on the list as we continue working to make Holiday Village a place we're all proud to call home. 🏡💚

Talk about a spectacular way to start the day! Residents at Holiday Village were treated to quite the view this morning as a SpaceX Falcon 9 rocket lit up the Florida sky!

The boil water notice has officially been lifted! Our water samples have been tested and cleared, and water can now be used as normal.

Thank you all for your patience and understanding over the past few days. I know it’s been an inconvenience, and I appreciate everyone hanging in there while we waited for the all-clear! 💙

💧 WATER SHUTOFF REMINDER 💧

Good morning, Holiday Village! Just a reminder that the water will be shut off today starting at approximately 10:00 AM for maintenance and repairs around the park.

We expect the water to be off for about 5 hours. We’ll let everyone know as soon as the water is back on.
