The Front Desk Associate is the heartbeat of the Eugene Hotel's guest experience. This position is responsible for delivering warm, genuine, and professional service at every touch-point, from initial check-in through check-out and all interactions in between. The ideal candidate brings a natural hospitality instinct, strong attention to detail, and the flexibility to support property operations across multiple departments as needed, including housekeeping and laundry. This position will require experience in customer service.

The Housekeeper is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, order, and presentation of all guest rooms and public areas to the highest standard of boutique hospitality. This role requires a keen eye for detail, a sense of pride in one's work, and the physical stamina to move efficiently through a full room assignment each shift. The ideal candidate is dependable, thorough, and genuinely invested in creating a welcoming environment for every guest who walks through our doors.
