TEA’s National Conference allowed ESOP executives and professionals to learn about the latest policies, trends and best practices regarding employee ownership, and to hear directly from industry leaders.

2Hudson is pleased to announce the hiring of Adam Greenspan, CPA, as Chief Financial Officer effective October 16, 2025. Adam will lead financial strategy and operations across all 2Hudson companies, including Miller Proctor Nickolas, Inc. and Mobile Steam.

Adam brings deep experience building high-performing finance teams and delivering rigorous decision support to executive leadership. His background includes senior leadership roles in strategic finance, financial planning and analysis, controllership, cash forecasting, and revenue and expense planning. He is a Certified Public Accountant and a graduate of Yeshiva University, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting summa cm laude.
