The Mercer is Soho’s foremost luxury hotel, offering 75 guest rooms on six floors of a landmark Romanesque revival building in one of New York’s most exclusive neighborhoods. The first hotel to offer an authentic taste of loft living, André Balazs faithfully restored the property in 1998, creating an environment which is both hotel and home.

Three years, one Key.

This year brought a new chapter for The Mercer, with the renovation of all 73 rooms and suites. But for nearly 30 years, the things that matter most have remained the same: thoughtful service, attention to detail, and a sense of home in the heart of SoHo.

To our team that brings this to life every day, and to the guest who continue to call The Mercer home, thank you.
