HARRISON GREEN has its roots firmly planted in the soil of New York.

Since its establishment more than a decade ago, the landscape design/installation/maintenance studio has thrived on the city’s 24-hour energy, creating bespoke, livable gardens amid one of the world’s most complex cityscapes. The HARRISON GREEN team is made up of a multidisciplinary group of dedicated professionals united by a passion and commitment to deliver exceptional service in every project. Through meaningful collaboration, the team works with clients and project partners to develop elegant, innovative design solutions specifically tailored to the needs of each garden. Jacqueline and Damien Harrison founded HARRISON GREEN in 2013, a business grounded in their deep knowledge of the urban environment and the belief that green spaces provide a sanctuary for those who spend time in them. The couple has worked across the residential, cultural, corporate and hospitality sectors to build hundreds of distinctive rooftops, terraces and courtyards.

How exciting to see this incredible project, which we were honored to play a part in, featured in the October issue of ELLE Decor.

With so many masterful strokes already in place thanks to the work of Steven Harris Architects and REDD KAIHOI a few years prior, it was a wonderful opportunity to collaborate with Fox Nahem Associates on their thoughtful and sensitive update for a new owner, executed with exquisite detail by Toka Builders.

We’re thrilled to see this very special home celebrated in the pages of ELLE DECOR. Congratulations to all involved!

Thrilled to be featured on 1stDibs Introspective, featuring our work and studio, and the launch of select GALERIE GREEN pieces now available on 1stDibs.

With sincere thanks to Tony Freund and Jane Garmey for such a thoughtful piece (and calling us ‘young and hot’ 😱).

Sometimes, less really is more.

For this Tribeca roof terrace, we limited the planting palette to just eight species. The result is a garden that feels calm, cohesive, and timeless —where repetition creates rhythm, texture takes precedence over excess, and every plant has purpose.

Scratchley made every day better.

He arrived in our lives a year after we started Harrison Green and has rarely missed a day of work since, becoming as much a part of the studio as the people within it.

Quick to greet visitors at the door, he would also happily join/interrupt meetings. He was known to occasionally harass his colleagues for a Greenie or even some of their lunch.

He was the constant companion. Gentle, loyal, handsome, mischievous, goofy, and was deeply loved by all who had the chance to meet him.

Scratch wanted for nothing more than to simply be by our side. We are heartbroken that he is gone and will miss him always.
