Flowing through graceful, circular movements that embody feminine, lunar energy, we'll cultivate ease, presence and balance. Practicing outdoors, in the moonlight and bathing in the energy of the near full moon.

Designed to complement the dynamic, heating energy of summer, this nourishing and cooling practice helps quiet the nervous system, calm the mind and restore your natural vitality. Blending slow, mindful movement, cooling breath, moon meditation and a sound bath, Moon Flow offers space to release tension, replenish your energy, and honor the gentle wisdom of the lunar cycle.

Enjoy a lavishly long savasana and moon bath while the serene vibrations of crystal bowls wash through you. Your experience also includes aromatherapy mists, cool lavender scented towel and infused water to replenish and restore you on all levels.
