Planning a Stay at ATLANTIS 2004?
We’re excited to host you! In addition to the details provided in our virtual guestbook (https://hostful.ly/gxqhdmt) and your rental agreement, here are some helpful highlights to ensure a smooth and memorable beach vacation for you and your family.
What to Bring:
Bedding: All beds have bedspreads and pillows, but you'll need to bring your own sheets and pillowcases for:
1 Queen bed
1 Full bed
1 Twin bed
1 Queen sofa bed
You may also want to bring warm blankets for each bed depending on the season.
Linens & Supplies: Please bring your own bath towels, beach towels, hand towels, and washcloths.
Pot scrubbers, sponges, and trash bags
Toilet paper, tissues, paper towels, and napkins
Bathroom sprays (please, no Febreze products)
Hand soap, dish soap, dishwasher detergent
Laundry detergent and dryer sheets
Cooler and ice packs (recommended for transporting unused refrigerated items upon departure)
Kitchen:
The kitchen is fully stocked with cookware, utensils, dishes, and appliances including a toaster, air fryer, blender, coffee pot, Keurig, and griddle. You’ll find most of what you need to prepare, serve, and eat all of your meals during your stay.
Shopping:
If you forget anything, consider stopping at Walmart in Berlin, MD or Target in Rehoboth Beach, DE on your way into town. Closer to the condo, you’ll find a TJ Maxx, Ace Hardware, Dollar Tree, and two large supermarkets (Food Lion and ACME) within a mile of the building.
Upon Arrival:
Parking: Check in with the security office to purchase your parking pass ($60). Be sure to display your parking pass in your vehicle while parked in the Atlantis parking lot.
Moving In: Use the white moving bins on wheels (located in the elevator lobby) to transport your items to the 20th floor. Please be careful not to damage the walls or elevator during transport.
Entering the Unit: The front door k**b does not turn like a traditional one. Turn the key clockwise and gently push the door open. The lock is designed to stay locked - always take your key with you, even for a quick trip to the trash chute.
Trash Disposal: Anything larger than a kitchen trash bag should be taken directly to the dumpsters located next to the Security Office.
Entertainment:
Living Room & Primary Bedroom: Equipped with DirecTV.
Second Bedroom: Has a Fire TV (smart TV) but no cable or DirecTV.
Additional Media: The living room TV has an XBox to play games and DVDs (there is a small selection of DVDs in the entertainment center). You can use the DirectTV Box to use streaming services but please make sure to log out prior to check out.
Games & Puzzles: Available for your enjoyment on rainy days.
Pool Access:
The ATLANTIS pool is typically open from Memorial Day through mid-October. At least one person in your group will need a pool pass (plastic hexagon on lanyard) for entry .
Cold Weather Tips:
If visiting during the off-season, be prepared for the chill - beach temps can feel 10–15°F cooler than the forecast due to ocean winds. Pack warm clothing: hats, gloves, windbreakers, robes, and slippers for indoor comfort.
