GOOD NEWS ON THIS BEEAUTIFUL DAY
IN PANAMA CITY BEACH, FLORIDA
AND AT BEAUTIFUL EMERALD COAST RENTALS!

As our friends and guests are aware, we have been closed due to ongoing construction on the building since Fall 2025. The anticipated reopening date of Fall 2026 IS LOOKING PROMISING FOR A MUCH EARLIER OPENING DATE!!!! Whoo hoo!!

We are excited to share our brand new building! Our facelift includes: New Open Office; Renovated Elevators; Full Exterior Repairs, paint, flooring, and finishes; Freshly painted/repaired stairwells; All New Railings - both Balconies and Walkways - to name a few!!

CHECK YOUR CALENDARS: TO BE SAFE (at this point today) until further updates next week - we are anticipating
OUR CALENDAR AND BRAND NEW BUILDING REOPENING -
JULY 2026!!!

As always, our commitment is to our guests having a wonderful vacation, creating lifelong memories, and relaxing away from the business of daily life. :) Our two beautiful 2/2 pet friendly beach condos will also have a few new updates & upgrades. More to come!

Possible future activity for our area!! 🐬🐠🐟

Big things are happening for marine education right here in Panama City, and this is something our community should know about

There is growing momentum around the idea of creating an Aquarium and Marine Science Center that celebrates St. Andrews Bay, St. Joseph Bay, and the Gulf of Mexico. The vision is a regional aquarium, a hands on marine science education hub, and a welcoming community gathering space that also supports positive economic growth. This aligns perfectly with what Flippin' Awesome Adventures is all about.

One proposed location is the Panama City Marina, and now the community has the opportunity to help shape what this future could look like.

If this excites you, showing up matters. Community support is key!

To all our beach lovers and followers -
With heavy hearts we are informing you all our condo building is undergoing a very substantial exterior rehab project. Due to safety of our residents and guests during this time, the building has been closed to all access until the project is complete.

Our beach cottage "Blue Lagoon" will be available and is just 2 short streets over from the beach. However, both condo units will not be available through the majority of 2026!

We are happy to help our friends and guests find alternative trusted places & owners for your vacations. Please feel free to ask and let us know how we can help. We have a wonderful network of friends with similar units we trust to refer you to. We also love hearing from you and staying in touch!

Beach photos, sunsets, and information will continue - everyone needs a little beach - any way we can get it! :)

Thank you so much for your support, friendships, and please keep following us as we go through this ordeal. We will be back with a brand new building, new walkways, balconies, railings, and updated interiors at the first opportunity.

Since this is my business, even in unexpected circumstances it's a hard hobby to beat!

Beautiful Emerald Coast Rentals will be shutting down from today- May 2026 due to building rehab repair & construction.

We will be back with a beautifully renovated exterior & safe building for all to enjoy!
