NOTICE OF AUTHORITY & BUSINESS AFFILIATION
Please be advised that Judy Conway Russell (also known as JB Conway) and Salvatore “Sal” Pedone are NOT associated, affiliated, employed by, or authorized to act on behalf of Pure Okie Whitetail Run RV Park & Boat Storage in any capacity.
Neither individual is authorized to:
- Make decisions or representations on behalf of the park;
- Act as a representative, manager, agent, or owner of the park;
- Receive or collect rent, fees, payments, or other monies on behalf of the park;
- Receive, redirect, or accept business mail intended for the park;
- Communicate with tenants, vendors, utility providers, or other parties on behalf of park management; or
- Enter into agreements or otherwise conduct business on behalf of the park.
All official park business and communications should be directed to the Park Owner/Management, Kerri Kreke.
If you have received a communication, payment request, instruction, or other information from either of the above individuals concerning the park, please contact Kerri Kreke immediately for verification.
Please do not provide payments, personal information, documents, or authorization to either individual on behalf of the park.
This notice is being issued to clarify authorized business representation and protect park tenants, vendors, and other parties from unauthorized communications or transactions.
